Model replacement for Huskbines!

Features:
Model replacement for: husk regular, husk elite and husk police
Includes shotgunner and prisonguard skin for regular husk
Blue goo glows in the dark

This was made in the 1.6.1 release of EZ2

@Theplayerthatexists Spawnable through the console, They aren't present in the EZ2 Campaign

@Theplayerthatexists New neutral npc added in the 1.6.1 release, they are called husks but i like to call them huskbines
