Do you ever wanted a free house in Raven Rock without the need of doing some quests?
Do you ever wanted a simple house in Solstheim but with a nordic style?
Well, now you can!

Black-Wood House is a simple house next to the Earth Stone in Raven Rock.
It's a simple house just for the player and for free!

In this house, you'll have a lot of things, such as:
-1 Blacksmith Anvil
-1 Tanning Rack
-1 Sharpening Wheel
-1 Armor Workbench
-1 Smelter (in the basement)
-2 Enchanting Tables
-2 Alchemy Workbenches
-5 Weapon Racks (3 spaces each)
-3 Weapon Plaques
-1 Display Case
-1 Safe
-9 Bookcases (not bookshelves)
-4 Mannequins
A lot of mead, food and materials for your adventure!

In this house, you'll find Agatha Strong-Shield, she's a powerful follower and essential, so she won't die while holding your things! If you dismiss her, she'll return to the house. She sleeps in the basement but walk around the house most of the time.

Note from the author: Finally I managed to make a home similar to the White-Wood Estate but with a follower inside the house and with a proper navmesh in the outside. You can even bring your wife/husband to live in Black-Wood House by using some mods, such as "Spouses can live Everywhere". No children though, since I didn't even managed to work with Hearthfire already.
