This add-on adds ATS Traffic to the mod known as Background NPCs.

NOTE: Cars are more common to spawn then trucks and other specialty's

that includes the dv waypoints themself, you'd have to change the max speed and right click the waypoints to change the speed or change the direction by making brand new waypoints.

yes btw while your here can u help me tune my car like what setting makes its top speed higher and its accelleration faster and breaks and turning better?

you have to have the dv nodes up, and also make sure you have the required items and in the background npcs tab, you have dv enabled and the traffic car limit at least set to 1 or higher

theres a tutorial on the DV mod, if you still dont understand people have their own waypoints posted on the workshop for different maps

i don't know how to set the DV waypoints to one or higher for the cars

Maps with the DV waypoints, there are addons on the workshop that add it to the map and can be restored but others you may have to make your own and save them
