that includes the dv waypoints themself, you'd have to change the max speed and right click the waypoints to change the speed or change the direction by making brand new waypoints.

yes btw while your here can u help me tune my car like what setting makes its top speed higher and its accelleration faster and breaks and turning better?

you have to have the dv nodes up, and also make sure you have the required items and in the background npcs tab, you have dv enabled and the traffic car limit at least set to 1 or higher

theres a tutorial on the DV mod, if you still dont understand people have their own waypoints posted on the workshop for different maps

Maps with the DV waypoints, there are addons on the workshop that add it to the map and can be restored but others you may have to make your own and save them

you might want to have the citizen number up along with the vehicle count. DV must be activated also in the background npcs tab.

They're not spawning in even when I turn on background NPCs. Yes, my maps have nodes

They should spawn on their own, but thats if you have the decent vehicle nodes set up along with the car limit set to 1 or higher.

they should spawn naturally by themselves, however the citizen vehicle must be set to 1 or higher, also in the settings options there should be a option called "DV compatiability" or something that you just turn on.

Thats a Background NPCs bug, there is nothing I can do about it. Best you can do is drive away for it to respawn or delete it by holding C.
