Description
This mod increases morale/leadership penalties for all non damage effects (with some exceptions) aka: Flanking, general's death, exposed flanks, being under friendly fire, nearby routing friends and enemies (also increases the max to 19) and more.

No longer will you have to only rely on pure damage to win battles.

This makes strategy that focuses on positioning, flanking, general sniping and chain routing more possible and viable. Lords now also tend to rout when fighting in a blob, making it so you cant cheese as often with then especially in early game without the magic items and skill buffs.

Oh yes hi i forgot to update the description. I recently updated the mod to include "Only units with a living commanding general may enter non shattred rout"

Which basically means if your general dies or routs, Your units wont come back from routing and will instead immidietly shatter.

the AI leadreships shatters (very hard battle difficulty), routing troops never come back fighting (bug or intended? If intended is it possible to disable it some way?)

I might've increased the morale penalty from early kills, and since state troop armour is so shit, they rout fast becouse of the early casualties they take.

very hard battle with no stat increases for the AI

I played as the wood elves, one line of glade archers routs a basic empire infantry units in about two volley or something
very quick at least

and they all collapse together, first the empire archers rout, and then the infantry follows
don't even have to flank them or often even shoot the melee infantry with the archers
