Seleucia adds a plethora of kingdoms and empires from Hellenistic ages into the game, as well as modifying many files; altering culture, religion, scheming, marriage, clothing and customs to fit a more antiquated yet anachronistic feel of how Hellenism could have been if it had rebounded in medieval times. Women may hold titles and have equality in Greek and Roman Cultures; as well as ancestor worship, poetry and divine marriage being added to Hellenic Paganism, Zun Paganism, Basque Paganism, Norse Paganism, Kushitism and Paganism; scheming is around ten times faster (Around 1 Month instead of 1 Year), and more simultaneous base schemes are available (10 instead of 1). Multiple modifiers for positive/compatible traits/religions/cultures and improving opinions/relations with other characters. More spouses are available in multiple religions for title holders in many more religions (150 instead of 4). Stress levels are 10x Harder to Accumulate. Fertility is rebalanced to reflect actual biology a bit better (More gender equal distribution, higher chance of having a first child in a couple, lower chances of having absurd amounts of too many children) New titles are: Seleucid Empire, Ptolemaic Empire, Carthaginian Empire, Median Empire, Assyrian Empire, Pontic Empire, Pergamese Empire, Hellenic Empire; Kingdoms of: Osroene, Commagene, Cappadocia, Palmyra, Phoenicia, Philistia, Cyrene, Media, Atropatene, Parthia, Babylon, Assyria, Aramaea, Carthage, Characene, Colchis, Thrace, Cimmerian Bosphorus, Scythia, Pergamon, Bithynia, Caria, Rhodes, Lesbos & Hellenism. De-jure titles have been added to each of these new realms as well as custom art which is all realistic to what the actual borders and symbols were in real life.
