Then, open the mod.rules file and scroll down till you find this:
CATEGORY LIMITS ON CERTAIN PARTS
Just change the limit to 1000 or whatever.
Then, write protect the file so it does not get overwritten by updates. Although occasionally if new parts are added you will want to update it.
By having a separate mod you can run into issues since the original author will make updates and such and there can be a significant delay.
