Description
I'm not a fan of how ineffective cannons are. As it stands, cannons will shoot at entities that are close to the center of a unit, hugely over-killing like 5 dudes.


With this mod, cannons will no longer prefer central entities of a unit when selecting a target and will instead target random entities throughout the unit. This mod does not effect the accuracy of the cannons, just the entity they choose to shoot at.

This mod affects the following units:

Skaven Warp Lightning Cannons and ROR variant

Cathay Grand Cannons

Empire Great Cannons and ROR variant

Dwarf Cannons and artillery runes

Vampire Coast Carronades and Necrofex

Khorne Skullcannons

Lizardmen Ancient Salamander, Bastilidons, Stegadons, Stegadon mounts and Troglodons


This mod doesn't work with SFO according to players, here is a link to the SFO compatible version that a gentleman made.

Some of the projectiles tables updated too, values are not in sync with vanilla. You can see those values on latest RPFM do not match up.

Might be worth updating. This was posting on da modding den "land units, they added AR unit categories (scroll all the way to the right) to all units and not only artillery, doesn't crash if you don't, but still. - so you should only really be using up to date submods post this update"

does this mod also affect organ guns, flame cannons and other artillery units in general? Or does it only affect cannons
