Tainted Cain starts with Sculpting Clay

Description
This mod was created for TurtleMelon's modded Isaac series on YouTube, it grants Tainted Cain the Retribution item Sculpting Clay for free at the start of each run, dealing damage in recoil on use.

Recoil damage is only present for Tainted Cain, the item behaves as it normally does in Retribution for all other characters.

Requires all DLCs and the Retribution mod to function.
