Siege Units Changes - No EU canons change

Description
Essentially a copy of the mod I made to change the artillery pieces in Shogun 2, but without any EU canons projectile changes as requested by @Magni @ItsAGunshotWound.

hi!
I do not know the reason behind this, but although the mod is activated, stats remain as per vanilla... no idea. I have tried with this mod and with the cannons included, but nada...i don't see the new stats :(

Yes! Finally a mod that (more or less*) fixes artillery without making cannons ridiculously OP.

*Cannons still suck at killing but I'd rather have that over FoTS-esque killing machines.
