Description
- - CAUTION - -

THIS MOD USES VSCRIPT

A failed state at war.

Two factions. Both proxies.

One of an authoritarian state and the other, a corpocracy hedge fund. Both trade countless human lives for access and control of the region's invaluable resources.

In the war-torn sprawls and decayed urban districts, mercenaries and hyper-violent extremists engage in unforgiving close combat. Inside the ministries of the dictatorships, intrigue. Generals, oligarchs and politicians squabble over wealth and power, before civil war threatens to destroy both.

Kivotos burns.

BLUE ARCHIVE

Under 24/7 observation for weeks prior, the target cordon is clear of VBIEDs or IEDs. The only threat will be SG553s, M249s and potentially drones.

The objective, a logistics planner for the Abydos delinquent, is meeting with an enabler from Kaiser PMC to identify new export smuggling targets and capabilities the delinquents will need to meet. The planner's compound is nestled well inside the functional landmass of the clade, and the approach to the target cordon is just as dangerous as the action on it.

Token, team lead of Scorch 2-1, is the number two man in his formation. Constantly assessing the environment to effect a "deep fight," Token notes positions to get his men online and set a base of fire with as many guns as possible, as well as flanking routes to exploit a fixed opponent. Token is also assessing the performance of his kill team in action: are they covering their sectors, handling their weapons safely and moving correctly based on the mission plan? Token's strength lies in the speed of his assessments and his ability to reconfigure tactics and objectives on the fly.

Inside the target cordon, the kill teams set into their last cover and concealment positions before the raid. Token presses his PTT.
"Bonfire, 2-0 is at LCC."

Bonfire sends, "Copy direct, 2-0. Pushing you asset control."

Higher releases a Switchblade drone already gliding silently in orbit overhead, slaving it directly to Token's S-TAK (Smart Team Awareness Kit) device. From this moment forward, Token can immediately employ the loitering munition entirely at his discretion. If there are delinquents in the area, they are inside roofed structures, waiting for the assaulters to approach their murder holes before engaging.

Without a shred of doubt or hesitation, he gets on the net.
"All elements; 2-0. Initiate, initiate, initiate."

An experimental mod initially made just to test VScript usage for finale soundtracks. I frankly have no justification for this other than "hur dur the failed state of Kivotos burns."

THIS MOD INCLUDES

INCOMPATIBILITY ISSUES
If a mod has VScript - most specifically, if that mod has a c3m4_plantation_finale.nut file - it is incompatible with this one. Due to how the finale is being modified to blare out music during the holdout sections, I highly doubt that other VScript mods that touch Swamp Fever are going to work well with this one.

Additionally, if a music mod has the following files, it is also incompatible with this one.
  • c3m1_plankcountry_level_sounds.txt
  • c3m2_swamp_level_sounds.txt
  • c3m3_shantytown_level_sounds.txt
  • c3m4_plantation_level_sounds.txt

Needless to say, one of my old mods is definitely not compatible with this one.

And this is just a general rule of thumb, but try to avoid HD or 4K texture mods out there. Those mods do not play well with the game in general and may even deafen the finale if they overwhelm the game engine.

  • Nor for Usagi Flap and Theme 165.

Yes, I actually plan to make unique soundtracks for each campaign.

question:
will you be doing unique blue archive soundtracks for each campaign like this or is this just a one off?
