Description
Adds a precept level only against the sale of organs.

I felt like this level was missing, to be able to harvest organs only for medical use. Allows to avoid a bad opinion of the surgeon who performed a transplant (with a consenting donor, or not, but that's another story).

"Selling any natural organs is a horrible thing." Proceeds to buy organs from someone selling them.

I think of the children. Not the silver I'd get from doing anything bad to them.
We're keeping the 19999 kidneys in the freezer (if they spoil)
