Obito Uchiha raises upon the arena, ready to destroy!

An incredibly powerful villain shinobi from “Naruto: Shippuden” has the ability to control a pocket dimension he owns however he’d like. They are known for taking on the strongest characters in the anime, they may not be the strongest, but he poses a real challenge for the reflexes and skills of his enemy.

DODGE MECHANIC: DIMENSIONAL DASH - Obito enters his dimension and appears further away, getting behind his opponent in an instant. Dodges travel further than average and Obito will move instantly instead of using momentum.

TAUNT (EXTRA ATTACK): SHARINGAN GENJUTSU - Obito’s eye shines through his mask, indicating an incoming illusion attack! This attack sends out a projectile wave of the illusion effect. Anyone whe gets in the way will fall under the illusion and get stunned temporarily. He has this attack because he considers himself not foolish enough to waste time doing nonsense.

SPECIAL: DIMENSIONAL MASTERY - Obito will toggle his partial dimension traveling technique (needs at least 1% Ultra). If activated, he will avoid damage while not doing any attacks, but trigger is attacks slower, giving his opponent time to react and attack back. If enabled, partial dimension traveling technique will very slowly drain Obito's ultra meter and kick him out if ultra is 0%.

SIDE SPECIAL: UNEXPECTED STRIKE - Obito vanishes and dashes forward with medium velocity within his dimension. If anything gets too close, he will get out to suprise attack them. This is not a guaranteed hit so the attack consumes 7% of ultra if landed, you cannot use this attack if you don’t have at least 10% ultra.

DOWN SPECIAL: KAMUI SHURIKEN - Obito prepares and launches a shuriken with dimensional abilities. This shuriken will very bend towards its target to increase accuracy for distant targets. After landing, they will explode and create a dimensional whirlpool that does additional damage repeatedly if the opponent gets too close. Kamui shuriken has a 4 second cooldown.

UP SPECIAL: TO THE SKIES - Obito will enter his dimension and move upwards in an instant.

DOWN STRONG: IMPALE - Obito creates a thick material around his arm, sharpens it, and dashes forward. Piercing through anything in his way. Dealing massive damage and medium knockback.

SIDE STRONG: SHARPENED WAVE - Obito will slam the ground, activating his technique. After that, series of spikes will raise and move through the ground both ways. Dealing moderate damage and knockback. There is a slight cooldown to this attack, attempting another one very soon will end up only slamming the ground, decreasing the range of the attack.

UP STRONG: RAISING PYRAMID - Obito raises his hands upwards, activating his technique. A large sharp material will raise from the ground, dealing great damage and moderate knockback.

ULTRA: KAMUI PORTAL - Obito will activate his dimensional whirlpool. His kamui dimension will reflect itself in a large area, dealing incredible tick damage to those who are within. Then slowly fade out. This attack is dependant on damage rather than knockback, so use it to prepare your opponents for your next attack to be even more effective! If the opponents are too close at the start, they will be stunned until the end. (Note: Damage will be around 600%, it is intentional because this Ultra needs to be one of those one hit kill Ultras, considering he has Ultra consuming abilities, so he should have something good to top that off!)
