Balance Update!
- Obito is now forced out of his toggleable "Neutral Special: Ghost Mode" if he runs out of ultra.
- "Neutral Special: Ghost Mode" will consume ultra twice as fast.
- If Obito is not within "Neutral Special: Ghost Mode" his down tilt will be much faster.
- Obito's get up attack now displays invincibility frames correctly and is the same speed as down tilt.
- "Side Strong: Sharpened Wave" now launches the projectile earlier.
- "Down Strong: Impale" now is quicker to prepare and dashes much further and faster.
