Hey all! This mod let's you play as liazrdmen. It DOES NOT replace humans however, with the current game implementation, it can be selected as a job. All instructions to do so are below and feed back is highly appreciated!

In order to change your job to something else (captain, mechanic, etc), do the following:
Additionally, follow these steps to assign a salary to your or another character.

1) Create your character
2) Move to the next round (enter/leave outpost)
3) Save the game
4) Have the server host open windows explorer (document explorer)
5) Have them past the following into the folder bar at the top (like a url):
%appdata%\..\Local\Daedalic Entertainment GmbH\Barotrauma\Multiplayer
6) Look for the file with your save name that ends with '_CharacterData.xml'
7) Look for the character you have created. (can search by ctrl+f then type: ' name="[NAME HERE] '
8) In the <job> attribute, change the "name = "Job" and identifier = "job" to whatever job you desire.
9) Also edit your character name and other things such as salary. Salary is in percentages, so for 10% you would give it a value of 10
10) Save the file and load the game!

Vanilla job identifiers:
- captain
- securityofficer
- assistant
- engineer
- mechanic
- medicaldoctor

Actually this mod is kinda broken.
You need to override few things witch detects only "human" species, like motion detectors and crew detection.

@Nezom I am assuming you are running into a duplicating glitch in single player, which the only way to fix that is:

1. Don't bother editing the lizardman character at the start. I opted to get rid of them once I was done.

2. Keep saving and loading until you get a lizardman (or two) with desired positions.

3. Save and Exit

4. Remove SaakrasUtilities from the mod list.

5. Fire (or kill) the now-humanized cloning character (and several extra lizardmen you have no desire to start with). You'd now be left with non-duplicating lizardmen you wanted to keep. You can keep the utilities off, they are not going anywhere.

6. If you do want to return the utility to your mod list, make absolutely sure you did the last step by eliminating the first "lizardman", the one from the character creation screen. Failure to do that will return the duplicating glitch.
