Actually this mod is kinda broken.
You need to override few things witch detects only "human" species, like motion detectors and crew detection.

@Nezom I am assuming you are running into a duplicating glitch in single player, which the only way to fix that is:

1. Don't bother editing the lizardman character at the start. I opted to get rid of them once I was done.

2. Keep saving and loading until you get a lizardman (or two) with desired positions.

3. Save and Exit

4. Remove SaakrasUtilities from the mod list.

5. Fire (or kill) the now-humanized cloning character (and several extra lizardmen you have no desire to start with). You'd now be left with non-duplicating lizardmen you wanted to keep. You can keep the utilities off, they are not going anywhere.

6. If you do want to return the utility to your mod list, make absolutely sure you did the last step by eliminating the first "lizardman", the one from the character creation screen. Failure to do that will return the duplicating glitch.

Its good and nice but how the heck you do it in singleplayer? and i did it only in multiplayer server and worked but in single it didnt :v

They will now act like any other crew and can be assigned tasks

True. I don't have a friend to play with and I enjoy story-telling so I stick to campaign. That day I asked the creators of NT on discord if they plan to add AI to NT, they replied that NT was never intended to be used w/ AI and they purposely disabled AI medics. That being said I still think NT is possible with this mod, maybe just keep the tail as a visual attachment instead of part of the hitbox.

I don't use Neurotrauma due to the excessive amount of death caused by my ship medic unable to keep us alive with it on, but I haven't seen any cases where ailments haven't been able to affect the character otherwise

Unfortunately, there are edits to the how they are rigged, so you won't get a 1 for 1 doing a human replacement

The job update looks pretty good. Nice work. However I'd still love to have lizardman as a human replacement so that they can also be used in singleplayer. Choosing lizardmen as a "head" under appearance can be much easier and flexible. I think other mods replaced the head and body for head1_male. I have also been messing around with yours and others' mods for 10 hrs lol. Tried copying your sprite sheet to another humanreplacement mod but it looks like they don't share the same ragdoll. I'm not that experienced to modify limbs either.

Note: The latest mod update requires you to subscribe to SaakrasUtilities as a dependency due to the job script changes.

Have been working on it for around twelves hours now- As far as I can see, there's no way to have the modded species show up in the crew list- some workarounds for stuff like salaries, but no dice on the UI itself.

I tried using the online save editor and I kinda succeeded. I switched my character's species from human to lizardmen. I did take control of the new lizard but I found that my human bots are no longer in my crew list and they are treated as npcs wondering on my ship. Can't even give them orders.
