If you are tired of only having 4/1/1, 1/4/1, and 1/1/4 leaders as a republic, then this mod is for you.

*NOT Ironman compatible

This mod changes the election events to randomize the administrative, diplomatic, and military skills of the candidates.

- If you choose a Bureuacratic candidate, the leader will have:

- 4-6 administrative skill
- 0-4 diplomatic skill, and
- 0-4 military skill

- If you choose a Diplomatic candidate, the leader will have:

- 0-4 administrative skill
- 4-6 diplomatic skill, and
- 0-4 military skill

- If you choose a Military candidate, the leader will have:

- 0-4 administrative skill
- 0-4 diplomatic skill, and
- 4-6 military skill

Don't worry, there is only a 5% chance of getting 0. :)

The tooltips and new ruler popup still display 4/1/1, 1/4/1, and 1/1/4, but if you open the government screen after you pick a candidate, it will show your new leader's correct stats.
