Umm… alright, I think I still need more tutorials on this. I’m not sure which files I’m supposed to replace. After unpacking, I only see files like .vtx, .mdl, and .vvd, and I don’t really understand which ones need to be replaced. (The mod I used before was modified by someone else for me.)

Alright, I’ll try your method—though I’m not sure if mine being the DMG version will work or not.

changing the model name, the $declaresequences and $includemodel. that's all i've done

And yes this is what i've done for the past 1 year

also use the $includemodel, copy and paste it under the $declaresequences

Then go into Notepad++, use Anims_RigToZoey_Replace_Nick.qci, copy the whole $declaresequence anims starting from the top then to the bottom. then paste it into the Taihou's (Nick) $declaresequence
