Description

UPDATE: So reverse engineering mods is now a thing in the base game. The difference is that you only need the base reverse engineer skill to do it, and the chance is 12% as opposed to the 50% in this mod. I'm unsure what I should do with this mod now.

Adds a skill called "Reverse Engineer II" that gives you a chance of learning an item's mod when disassembling it. If you have the skill, anything that wouldn't normally be able to be disassembled (like a bronze dagger) will be able to be disassembled if it has a mod.

i would think a 25% increase of base is enough to keep this mod alive.

Maybe just add a third tier that guarantees learning a mod. Be nice to have for rare mods.

Congratulations on being kind of mainlined.

You could keep it up simply for the bonus to reverse engineering, or even add a little something on the side for the skill.
