Adds an array of miscellaneous systems to fill holes and add options to existing vanilla kit.

SPINALS:
- The Integrated Armor Upgrade Package, completely foregoing offensive capability for widespread buffs to armor and durability
- The Low-Observability Skin Package, completely foregoing offensive capability for a stealth buff
- The Mk520 Cannon, bringing 450mm artillery onto the spinal slot and allowing spinalships to enter the realm of midrange brawlers

INTERNALS:
- The FR1020 Nano Reactor, a reactor that sacrifices everything from power output to safety measures to fit power generation into a 2x2x2 slot
- The Auxiliary Radar and Processing Facility, a radar for OSP large compartments
- The Large Strikedown Station, a strikedown station that pays a premium in points cost to fit two strikedown slots into one large compartment

TURRETS:
- The TLS-3-15 Launcher, a !!TORPTURRET!! befitting the Axford and Solomon
