- finally added the sprite for the pike jammer, and updated the textures to have more interesting color
- increased the jamming output, cone width, and price of the pike jammer
- slightly decreased the cost of the cuda coilgun
- reduced the firerate of the Mk520
- slightly reduced the cost of the Large Strikedown Station
- probably some other things that i forgot about

- increased the Barracuda 15mm Coilgun's cost from 10 points to 12 points (so a coilcuda costs 20 points)
- increased the Sturgeon Plasma Cannon's muzzle error from 0.35 degrees to 0.75 degrees (so it's more likely to miss a few shots, limiting its ability to focus armor burn)
- added fleet editor wireframes for both the Sturgeon Plasma Cannon and the Barracuda 15mm Coilgun
