Description
# Leader cap increase for 3.10

Stellaris mod to increase base leader capacity to 100.

Based on "Leader cap increased" mod https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2973888089

* adjusted for 3.10.x - uses snapshot of a base file -- All rights reserved (C) Stellaris Paradox Interactive.
* base capacity 100

## 3.10 changes

Unlike for pre-3.10, there's no longer overridable variable (?) in common/defines; I've tired to fiddle with that and override again just the base, but could not get it working.
So patched copy it is. Original file - All rights reserved (C) Stellaris Paradox etc.

Tehnically this is stealing, but standalone mod is useless and players do have the original data anyways.

If the file changes upstream with subsequent Stellaris releases, the mod will override with own old version unless it's updated.

Why leaader capacity is there and why is not a game-start parameter, I don't know.

Found an odd problem with the mod. It prevents AI empires from sending officials to a Federation. Still works otherwise, just makes it so you cant use Federations effectively. Still love the increased leader cap so hopefully it gets updated.

Curious, because I even checked for conflicts with irony and this wasn´t having problems with anything, but my cap remained 3

This does work, unlike other variations, as long as it's the only version enabled. Properly increases the cap for all 3 roles.

don't have any idea why this stopped working, but it's just a matter of downloading a mod like "Leaders cost energy" and modding the leader cap there. Just go to the mod folder, and then "common/leader_classes", inside it will be the text archive, just open it and edit the "base_leader_cap" to the number you want
