With newest patch give no leaderpool more.

Now each of the classes have own baselimit of 100 (and I've bumped this a bit too as I was hitting the limits occasionally with orig. mod).
To quote the preliminary patch notes directly: "Empires can now support three leaders of each class without using leader capacity. Generic leader capacity has been removed." It's only a soft cap, since you'll be able to increase the leader capacity for each of the leader classes with various civics, tradition opions etc.
Does that mean you can only have..what, 8 leaders at once? Is it a cap, or will you not be able to hire after that?
