Report a translation problem
This is because when I disabled this mod, the demand for fine_art became normal, and when I opened the buy_packages file of this mod file, there was no popneed_leisure entry anywhere.
Quick fix please
If you come up with an idea where to place it that would be good for others (I have modified it myself). I've also removed history folder as it was placing buildings in some states for the game start - which is ridiculous if it's still to be researched :) i don't think that change is needed here, i just needed it for my mod.
