I assimilated a bunch of the code into my Gemstones mod so I could add Books, I might fix this in the future, probably won't.

The publishing house doesn't produce newspaper or magazine, someone know any fix?

This mod has a bug that causes the demand for fine_art in pop need, one of the items in pop need, to be 0. This is probably due to not putting popneed_leisure in goods per pop living level in the common\buy_packages item.

This is because when I disabled this mod, the demand for fine_art became normal, and when I opened the buy_packages file of this mod file, there was no popneed_leisure entry anywhere.

I know you didn't build the mod, but I would like to mention one thing I found while playing with it: the demand for newspapers/magazines is generally so low that there just ends up being no point building them for any reason, which is kind of sad.

No offence... It's hard to convey a nice nudge in writing instead of a nasty or demanding message by a teenage brat ;) :)
If you come up with an idea where to place it that would be good for others (I have modified it myself). I've also removed history folder as it was placing buildings in some states for the game start - which is ridiculous if it's still to be researched :) i don't think that change is needed here, i just needed it for my mod.

@macluk, I didn't build the mod, I just updated it, I've never used it before, so I didn't know that was an issue.

The same mishap in the updated mod here :) building "Publishing Houses" needs to have a technology to be unlocked instead of being left out and available right from the start regardless of your tech level.

Whoops, you're right; I looked at the PMs wrong.

There's still localization errors, though.
All instances of "modifier_building_" in loc needs to be "modifier_goods_" now.

The Publishing House throughput multipliers also need to end with "_add" instead of "_mult" since they changed for 1.5 for some reason. Corresponding loc keys would need to be changed, of course.

The Base Material PMs don't appear to output any newspapers, and the output multiplier modifier types aren't localized.
