When the support level is greater than 3, obtaining "education without discrimination/有教无类" increases educational opportunities by 10%. When the support level is greater than 10, gain "Merit and Virtue/功崇惟志" and increase legitimacy by 20. When the support level is less than 5, one gains "not only the end of the jue/不惟厥终", reduces legitimacy by 10%, and increases the radical faction brought about by a decrease in living standards by 25%.
