Search & Trade Artifacts (POD Compatibility Patch)

What this mod does:

• Make the cursed artifacts from POD work again
  
• Make the Mount slot from POD visible in the inventory window again
  
• Use POD mechanics for destroying artifacts
  
• Fix some consistency issues, like being able to buy artifacts from Wights or torpid Vampires
  
• Disable the ability to trade artifacts by default, since it's not balanced for POD (you can still enable it via game rule)
  
• Fix the glitched window dimensions caused by the Mount tab

Compatible with Princes of Darkness 1.15.0 "Via Regalia", and Search & Trade Artifacts 0.13.0.
