Description
While underway, The Encampment Training, Harbor Shipping (Re-named to Harbor Patrols), and newly added Aviation Training and Naval Training projects grant experience to units of the appropriate domain (land, sea, or air) stationed on the respective district tile. Light Cavalry, Naval Raider and Recon units earn experience from pillaging enemy tiles. Aircraft share half of the experience they earn with the carrier they attack from.
