in the game's mod directory (where you activate the mods), choose the name of this mod with a single click. When you choose it, you can see in the right panel the mod menu, as it is in the screenshot here.

Apologies for earlier comment,
Found out that it wasn't an issue with the mod,
The distance between Loading point and unloading point is just not far enough to get above its original speed...
