changed sulfur remover steel cost from 1 to 8

I have the sulfur remover on a ship and I'm trying to redesign, but my game keeps crashing when they start to disassemble the sulfur remover. I get a message:

"The underlying parts of steath.factory_sulfur_removal use more steel resources than it does."

I noticed that the steel cost of the sulfur remover is 1, but the other removers cost 8.

changed all the factories from deleting 2 a sec to 5 a sec

i did not make this mod a friend fixed the original mod
both of us did not make it only fixed it from crashing

- EMP parts
- Nuke parts
- Mines
