Description
Half-joke, half-lore, all goat. Inspired by Neverminder's comment. Horses are United Cities propaganda anyway.

Renames the Horse Chopper, adds a whopping 1.25x damage bonus vs goats, retains the 1.15x damage bonus to animals from the orginal mod.

Now applied to UWE's Short Horse Chopper.
