Not Yet Lost

This mod aims to give more flavor to Kraków, as well as make it a more controllable experience than just hoping for a GP to help you in an offensive war.

Strategy
You can use diplomacy to take control over more of Galicia.

Features
  • New JEs for flavor and easier kickstarting of Kraków (follow them)
  • New Events
  • New Ideologies 
  • New Agitators
  • Buffed the Christ of Nations Journal Entry

This will make it easier to get the "Not Yet Lost" achievement, but it is by no means easy. See if you can pull it off.

FAQ
Can I play this in MP? - You can, but that's not what the mod is made for.
Can I leave this on in the background and play other countries? - You can, most of the flavor is only given to Human players, the AI won't take advantage of most of this mod's contents.
How do I win? - Do the Galician Integration, once you're done start building an army and go to war against the occupiers. You'll want 200 regiments. Might need an extra decade or three to build an economy that supports this kind of thing.

It definitely makes this achievement easier but even after I got Poland liberated from Russia they never joined me. This achievement is so frustrating.

so as krakov i caused a polish uprising in russia, they won somehow, and now they are independant, how do they join me?

I love the mod, but I noticed an issue where there are frequent belief changes among the people causing IG clout to fluctuate (0-60) daily across all countries, not just Krakow.
Overall, great potential.

Hey just did a quick run, the Ukrainian upset modifiers as well as Austrian administrators events happen pretty often. resulted in my game having a complete lack of bureaucracy, 80% of my pop being mad and bankruptcy ;) perhaps a timer for those events might help stop a spiral like mine for other players. love the idea of the mod however and cant wait to see how it develops!

Oh, and to add to that, the revolution won, so maybe that's the problem (Austria is now a republic and doesn't have the Galician modifier)
