It definitely makes this achievement easier but even after I got Poland liberated from Russia they never joined me. This achievement is so frustrating.

For any non-DLC people out there: seemed to work fine even without voice of the people (was on 1.5)

so as krakov i caused a polish uprising in russia, they won somehow, and now they are independant, how do they join me?

I love the mod, but I noticed an issue where there are frequent belief changes among the people causing IG clout to fluctuate (0-60) daily across all countries, not just Krakow.
Overall, great potential.

Hey just did a quick run, the Ukrainian upset modifiers as well as Austrian administrators events happen pretty often. resulted in my game having a complete lack of bureaucracy, 80% of my pop being mad and bankruptcy ;) perhaps a timer for those events might help stop a spiral like mine for other players. love the idea of the mod however and cant wait to see how it develops!

Yeah, that will happen. I'll see if I can fix that in a sensible way, things out of your control shouldn't block your progress like that.

Oh, and to add to that, the revolution won, so maybe that's the problem (Austria is now a republic and doesn't have the Galician modifier)

Hey pal, if Austria has a revolt while the Galician journal is ticking, it is removed and it doesn't come back, I don't know if this happens always or just under unlucky circumstances, in my case, I had just finished integrating West Galicia and I was about to get the first province in East Galicia, and East Galicia was part of the Austrian revolt
