T2SwiD - General Modifications Add-on

This mod preserves the function added by Talk to Shopkeepers while in disguise even while using General Modifications by Seelenschwarz. Specifically, barmen and slavetraders should now respond appropriately when you are enemies with them, rather than offering you with licenses.

I also took the liberty to allow the added merchants of GenMod to remain responsive to your trade requests even as enemies as long as you are wearing appropriate disguise. And also the grammatical errors... I also fixed them.

Please load after the base Talk to Shopkeepers while in Disguise, while also having General Modifications active.
