Introducing the KJ-ONI MK2


A more elegant and more developed version of the ONI. Comes fully equipped with NN-Link and EHCS. Highly manoeuvrable but also easy to use.

Pilots Manual

    - takeoff -

  4. - Once the jet starts increase throttle to around 15 for taxi or around 70 if you want to yeet out the hanger
  5. - turn brakes off
    - landing-
  1. begin approach
  2. reduce speed gradually (stall speed is 60 with a high AOA)
  3. apply brakes after touchdown once stable

MFD
RWR radar page select top left to cycle through different target types. Select top right to change range SMS EHCS screen TPD targeting pod select top left to cycle targetnig mode. Select top right to change fov. Select bottom left to toggle IR Select bottom right to change brightness WPN weapons management screen change your laser and radio frequency here DTL datalink screen Select top left to toggle what info to share Select top right to change map zoom Select bottom left to toggle DLT on/off Select bottom right to change channel (all friendly craft should be on the same channel. Red dots are targets White is yourself and Green are allies RWR radar warning screen Select bottom right to toggle between manual and auto VID displays friendly video broadcasting on the same frequency FUL fuel screen. Displays remaining fuel and range
FCS
NNTC flight controller 3 modes Landing gear down or precision mode active reduces manoeuvrability to make landing/takeoff and ATA refuelling easier default standard manoeuvrability easy to use and new player friendly FCS override high manoeuvrability mode FCS off no limits this mode might kill you
EHCS Weapon Manager
The weapon manager is on the SMS page of the MFD. To use the weapons, simply select the desired weapon , and press space to fire. In the case you wish to use your own weapons, default weapons will work with limitations, for full integration, use the EHCS Standard. Targetting data can be passed to the weapons using the Target keypads to the right of the seat. Use the buttons on the far right to cycle up and down through the list and to access the hardpoint page where you can see data on each individual hardpoint
HEVS HUD
Currently selected weapons with EHCS data will show targetting information on the HUD, red indicates a current lock, while yellow is likely target that is within range of the weapon. When a weapon is locked, a tone can be heard. if an enemy has locked you with their radar, a warning tone will play, and a warning will flash on the HUD.

Chaff filtering ATGM 0.5km - 3.2km range
AGM-84E Slam
High altitude Harpoon that can clear all ingame terrain. Good for land targets. Requires a GPS coordinate. 1km - 100km range
AIM-120C AMRAAM
A true fox-3 missile, wich requires constant target gps position provided by a fire control radar 0.8km - 20km range
R-73A Archer
Level 11 AAM with dual seekers for extended range 0.3km - 4.5km range
Countermeasures
Auto chaff is on by default. The controls can be found on the RWR page

Updates
-- modified the rear gear. Should help the gear come out easier. If it still gets stuck retract then redeploy the gear until i work out a better fix

Navigate to the sms page and select the weapon you would like to use. Can't remember if I added a master name switch.

No autopilot. The keypad is for any gps guided weapons you install
