Description
Mod nation based on the Pugwudgie of Wampanoag mythology:

"The Pukwudgie have always been mischievous but they came to a head with the Pantokrator when they sought revenge against him. Enraged at the consequences of their actions they banded together to kill the sons of the Pantokrator. Shooting five of them with poisoned arrows they wasted away. Enraged the Pantokrator locked the Pukwudgie away for eternity. With the disappearance of the Pantokrator the Pukwudgie felt able to return to the world. Under the guidance of the Awakened God they will once again proclaim dominion over the world

The Pukwudgie are small porcupine people. They skulk in the shadows, aided by their night vision but they struggle to see in the daylight. A Pukwudgie never fights fair, they will lie and cheat for any advantage. They avoid open combat and rather hide in their forts or the shadows."

A race of size 2 stealthy ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ with poisoned arrows, blinding sand and some really big friends to help them out. A key summon for them are the rock giants from the hills, masters of cold and death. They have not particularly amazing but cheap forts as a nod to the war huts of the New England tribes.

Also included are a thematic replacement for the human rainbows, felt weird to have old white dudes run a Native American nation so I replaced them with more fitting costumes, mechanically nothing changed.

Background:
For who finds it interesting, this came forth from research in little people in Native American myths. I realized I had plenty of material alone from the Wampanoag and their neighbors. They also were described as much more neutral if not downright evil than the vast majority of little people from stories.

Nature because it's an animal, for now at least.

That’s sounds fair enough so is it bigger earth or bigger nature that adds or is it both?

I am obsessed with the art!

Settled on 3+ cougars per casting, rewarding bigger casters.

That’s fair too. Do you like the cost suggestions though?

Glamour is really more unnatural stealth, I don't think any of the other sneaking animals get that. I'll probably settle on Nature for compatability with future nations. But I could look into an E summon given they're mountain animals. Glamour might make sense for some west coast monsters that appear like a cougar but use trickery to lure in prey.

Maybe 3 nature gems for 5 cougars?
King Jerkera 5 Dec, 2024 @ 4:40pm
Thanks! What about a nature glamour cross path due to the stealth nature of cougars?

I could do a Nature or Earth spell that summons cougars for sure.

I like this mod just tried it recently! A question though is I think it would beat neat to have more cougars available for recruit or to summon would that be possible to add to the mod?
