Celestial Manufacturing

Description
Celestial Manufacturing is a remake of a slightly older mod that allowed you to produce Planetary Mass from Gigastructures, and Stellar Plasma rather than having to mine it out from stars. Personally, I disliked having to sacrifice stars or systems, so I found the old mod and remade large parts of it. The changes are mostly balance, and separating the stellar plasma factories from that of planetary mass ones. I also made them much more expensive to upkeep and build, alongside linking them to new technologies for each respective factory and tier of factory. You will need Stellar Manipulation for the Plasma factories, while needing Tetradimensional Engineering for the Planetary Mass factories.You will need both of the technologies in order to make the hybrid version, which is more efficient than previous versions by a significant amount.

- I want to maybe make this/these into a megastructure, fitting the theme of the mod, but I wasn't sure what would be a good balance for it and need a model for it.
- The rebalance is somewhat arbitrary. I haven't fully tested a proper run with it, and any suggestions are welcome.
- I'm thinking of making a unified version like the older mod, but will be for ACOT and require the technologies in this version.
- I hope it is obvious, but this requires Stellar Manipulation and Gigastructures.

The buildings that provide Planetary Mass no longer gives the resource. Mod is partially broken as of now.

Stellar Plasma buildings still provide that resource though.

still works even with new giga + stellar manip rewrite, just needs techs rebalanced

I think you could set the tech to add a amount of each to the star lift instead. or just reuse a exist model, the amount of time i spend in system looking closely enough to see the mega structure models is so small i cand even tell you what most mega structure models look like

@samsockeater I mean...could also just put the Matter Decompressor model on something...other than a black hole. Like...want to mine stellar plasma? Throw the Matter Decompressor model on a star. Problem solved.
