The colors used by the dioramas come from the flag colors of the owning country. This unintuitively means the best mod to fix all the diorama uniforms is... a really comprehensive flag mod, which I would contend is extremely out of scope for this mod since flags ought to be the domain of country-specific flavor mods.
They also recently added a thing where country definitions can define unit colors, but I think this also means the colors aren't allowed to change without changing country tags, so you couldn't, say, have US uniforms change from blue to beige in the late-game this way.
Another question: Will you guys ever work on the on map army/unit uniforms? Prussia, Russia, France, in fact most states have the wrong unit uniforms on map.
But why can't you change Napoleon's outfit? Is there a specific reason? His vanilla outfit is total garbage.
It looks like I changed the Spanish pants that I referenced for the Orléanists and added more colors there. I will switch it back to the red pants for the next update.
Napoléon III. Specifically uses the vanilla outfit he has, only other Bonapartistes will wear the outfit from the image.
