Description
Mod is updated for latest version of SFO (4.1+)

What mod is set out to do does work, but it might break the balance of SFO, I played trough campaign a bit and it seemed to be fine.

Load Order:

SFO - NO Difficulty Bonuses or Negatives for AI and Player
SFO

Changes for both AI and Player:

No auto resolve bonuses change per difficulty
No additional/less income/upkeep per difficulty
No attrition bonuses
No growth bonuses
No control bonuses
No faction potential bonuses
No public order bonuses
No tax rate bonuses
No XP bonuses
No replenishment bonuses
No construction cost bonuses
No faction handicaps

Replenishment is kept from SFO balance, but its evened out across all difficulties.

Note: if someone has time or notices an error with unit caps (or any error in general), please let me know.

Yes without this mod it is fine.

@Barti the Sealman, possibly an oversight since CA was changing some stuff in recent patches. Some tables are different. Player can overcome that -50 easily so I probably didn't notice while testing, thanks for pointing it out since its a huge thing. I'm not in the country at the moment so can't really change it, so best would be to disable it for now. Regular SFO should be fine I believe.

I am playing with your SFO collection and noticed that there is a -50 modifer for province growth in all provinces due to control.
This is rather annoying for Chaos Warriors since then the Dark Fortresses dont grow at all because of the limited growth buildings they can construct. I think it is this mod that causes this.
Is this intentional or an oversight?

@Sly I doubt it since SFO has a bit different table structure than vanilla but you can give it a go.

Do you think this would also work with vanilla? When I try it myself this afternoon, I will let you know. Thanks again
