Description:
The Interstellar Council for Mutual Economic Assistance (Interstellar CMEA) is a new subject specialization that enables deep, multidimensional cooperation between an Overlord and its Vassal. Early stages focus on economic growth for the vassal; as the specialization ranks up, collaboration expands into scientific and military spheres—ultimately forging a loyal and powerful asset for the overlord.

--- Adds a new subject specialization: Interstellar CMEA
--- Introduces two CMEA-exclusive holding buildings that greatly boost a vassal’s military power and rare-resource production—at a price
--- Uses the Comecon national-focus icon from Hearts of Iron IV for extra flavour
--- The numerical bonuses of Interstellar CMEA are higher than vanilla specializations, but not wildly over-tuned.

Usage Notes:
-- Overlord bonuses from subject specializations do not stack when you have several vassals of the same type, while Hyper Relay Network modifiers do stack. If you plan to build a CMEA empire, make sure to construct Hyper Relays to enjoy additional benefits!
-- This mod does not restrict vassal-agreement terms or their values; every vanilla option remains selectable (Paradox’s vassal-agreement code is rather fragile). It only adds new entries and touches no shared files, so it should be compatible with large overhauls.
-- AI-to-AI vassal contracts will not use this specialization.

可以把稀有资源中心的产出和维护费做成岗位,直接写在建筑上貌似就只与宗主国相关,附庸既不承担维护费也不享有产出。
驻附庸基地那个每支陆军给的增益除了忠诚度都是失效的,可能是因为造舰速度和海军容量都不是行星修正,也许可以考虑换点其他的增益。

除了清理障碍的时间和基础情报等级外,两个建筑的属性在原版都属于超模的那种了,单球加200稀有资源产出,都不需要几个附庸,几个球就能给个9999+舰队还有上千稀有资源,如果除以个10到4的话属性就差不多了
但如果是对于ACOT始源这种离谱属性的mod的话,那这属性就很正常。
