Description
Welcome to RPSP. This mod has been reuploded by me from halomaps.org, I plan on doing updates to fix spawns for co-op which wasn't supported in the original build of these levels.

Quick things to note:

This mod makes you BIPED a marine which basically means you 'stagger' when you're shot, I can't fix this as currently I can't even get the mod tools to open these levels.

Mission 2 is not completable, once you've got into the troop hog at the end of the level you'll come across a blank wall, this is a legacy bug, again, unfixable until I do some magic and get the tools to open these levels.

This 3 map mini campaign was made by OpsY on an entirely custom BSP. The project itself started nearly 2 years ago but received my full attention only recently.

It spans over three (3) maps, RPSP_s10, RPSP_s30 and RPSP_S50. The main objective behind this campaign was to give an ODST and Reach feeling using the Halo 1 engine. Of course now I'm screwed because both Reach and ODST have been released. Nonetheless, I managed to bring this campaign to never seen before Epicness and scale. The objective was to focus on large scale battles, intense action and story.

In some occasions, you will fight alongside 50 marines. In other occasions, tens of banshees chase you. In terms of scale, RPSP is definitely the biggest campaign ever made for Halo CE.

Thanks for bringing this back man, I'm actually working on a Mega Construx Stop Motion Movie for this that's coming out late summer of 2025. It'll be missing a few things though, I don't have any Jackals, Wraiths, or Phantoms, but I'll be adding a few things as well to make it more dramatic, such as getting the spartans more attention, more story drama between the ODSTs, etc. I'll get back to you all when it's posted.

Still can’t get these maps open without breaking things which are beyond me so unfortunately for the time being I can’t add multiplayer support. I will continue to research and try to get into it but no promises.

If i can make a suggestion, how aabout using Ruby's CE inspired ODST tags to replace the really out of place Halo 3 ODST models??

I've looked into it a little,

A. I still can't get this thing to open in the mod tools because it was already compressed, I've tried a few old tricks to uncompress it but to no avail, I can get the assets out and stuff, I don't think I know enough about halo modding to recreate this with the new mod tools with the old assets so I won't be going down that route either. (If any other more experienced halo modders wanna take a crack, I won't complain)

B. the BIPED is replaced with a ODST which is based on a marine BIPED, which means the 'Gun Jamming' is 'Staggering' in 3rd person, which in Halo CE you see all the time. Basically, you're stuck with the good old halo CE marine animations which are god awful to play with because in 3rd person you have no idea what is going on, hence 'gun jamming'.

Whoever thought it's a good idea to lock the elephant vs 20 enemies to fight during the AA cannons, your ODSTs wouldn't able to survive that long on normal difficulty due to the constant stun effect.

To many problems an bugs, pretty much a hot mess but cool idea, just needs fixing 4/10
