[LEGACY v1.9.15] Consistent Cycles

Description
Makes certain aspects of a cycle consistent between deaths.

This includes the duration of a cycle, the amount of flooding that occurs in a shelter failure scenario, and the presence of rainbows during a cycle.

Should work with both v1.9.07b and v1.9.15. For v1.10, see The Quality of Death Collection.

I can't tell what is lore accurate and what has been gameified. I'm just gonna say that I'm hella confused rn in terms of cycle function.

THe mod is still a nice touch :pecho_kind:

That's not true: if you anger or befriend a creature, or stick a spear into the wall, and then die, those events will be undone. Certain types of food regrow between deaths, but only some of the time; that only happens because if it didn't, you could softlock yourself by picking all of a region's food in one cycle.

From a lore perspective it isn't accurate. You respawn in the next cycle that occurs after your death.

But the gameplay doesnt hint at that so it's nice to have the consistency :)

hard freezes game when trying to open the regions menu, or more importantly the passage menu. no other mods enabled
