Description
Adds a CRT & VCR overlay effect to your game!
You can change the settings of it in the remix menu.

Also adds a custom palette posturization shader!
Palette and shader are customized in remix.

i would love to see a extension of this that takes palette data from the ingame rooms and uses it for the posturization shader
