Major update to 1.2!

Added Custom Palette Support! Check the desc. for a guide on making them. Also added a VCR Screen Shader that adds color blur and screen wiggling.

Major update to 1.1!

Added a posterization shader that is toggleable, and there's 31 palettes to choose from + 4 dithering modes for them!

Added a toggle-able remix menu option to apply the full screen edge distortion or not.

Fixed line in shader so that changing the distortion does not keep the previous distortion on screen in the outer layer.
