Adds a Breakthrough in Chaos Phase to prevent your Body cultivators from ascending.

Same concept as Astro's Extended Chaos except it also works for any Body Cultivation law (modded laws included) and will apply to your existing characters.

The issue you guys experienced was due to the game not taking into account the location of the bottleneck for the order of breakthrough but the order in the list of bottlenecks.

I fixed the issue for already existing characters getting the Astro Barrier stacked multiple times.
