broken how? are you missing dynabase, have a conflict, or is it broken in multiplayer with other players?
grabs have a pretty well made formula nowadays that actually work properly, so grabs arent hard to make, theyre just annoying, because theres a difference between a grab and a grapple
a grab is when you grab a victim, but the victim OR the attacker is able to change the outcome (i.e counter, break out of, etc.)
a grapple is the same as a grab, but noone can change the outcome, so the animation just plays out and the victim takes the damage regardless
implementing grabs is also mostly risky, as having too many of them makes a melee completely useless or too overpowered based on the ping of the victim, because ping delays the inputs by alot and makes the window for countering shorter, but grapples are also risky because they bypass most parries & all blocks, so as a result, there areny many grabs or grapples in the melees to try and balance everything out
there are a couple dropkicks like on Beast & on Monster's Sign of Mastery, and Monster's Legion has a sort of charging attack that might be fairly similar to the charger, but i try to refrain from DIRECTLY taking ideas as that would be lame
