TimeMachine with BUGs fixed!

- Fixed Boss Rush / Blue Womb (Hush) not open even when reached in 20/30 mins (Mausoleum Boss Rush is also fixed).
- Fixed Soul of Forgotten, Soul of Jacob & Esau, Strawman, Found Soul using Blood Donation Machines causing game crush.

本模组修复了 TimeMachine 恼人的 BUG！

- 修复 Boss Rush 和凹凸的门在20/30分钟内赶到依然会无法开启的问题（陵墓层的 Boss Rush 也正常了）。
- 修复了使用骨哥符文，双子符文，稻草人（店长跟班），复得幽魂（饰品）导致游戏崩溃的问题。

As well as many feature improvements:

- Supports speeding up Shell Game, Hell Game and Greed Donation Machine.

除此之外，还有许多功能改进：

- 现在也支持加速三选一游戏和贪婪存款机了。

Below are some features to be added to this mod that I think would be useful, but I'm not sure... Let me know if you like these or not in the comments below!

- Supress spiders and flys when interacting with Shell Game or Hell Game (otherwise it would be too easy to get hurt, preventing you from speeding up).
- Delay the explosion of troll bombs when interacting with slot machines / beggars (until you leave the slot machine).
- Support changing speed and other configurations in Mod Config Menu Mod Config Menu (just like what I did in GoodTrip[Fixed] ).

If you have found any other bugs, please let me know to fix them.

Let some machines work in the mode similar to Donation Machine.
- Slot Machine
- Fortune Telling Machine
- Crane Game
- Blood Donation Machine

Also some beggars.(1.4 new)
- Beggar
- Devil Beggar

- Bomb Bum
- Battery Bum
- Rotten Beggar
- (1.5:now its configurable in tmmc_config.lua)
(Beggars are too small, you need to align yourself to the center of their top or bottom)
They will run faster and faster(with a limit) to save your (real)time!!
- You can set the speed and enable/disable machines you like in "..\Steam\steamapps\common\The Binding of Isaac Rebirth\mods\timemachine_2617557401\tmmc_config.lua"

1.Added support for multiplayer games.
2.Mod now lets players get the same speed as the machine running, so as not to be used for unexpected gains.
3.When you are interacting with the machine, the timer also becomes faster. (This will not actually affect the timing of BR or hush for the time being(until 1.7))

1.Added configuration list. Now you can customize the machine you want to take effect.
2.Fixed an issue that caused the player to pass through the beggar or get an abnormal distance from the beggar due to the speed being too fast.

·你可以在"Steam\steamapps\common\The Binding of Isaac Rebirth\mods\timemachine_2617557401\tmmc_config.lua"文件里设置你喜欢的速率(包括初始速率，递增的速率和到达最大值后的速率)
管他那么多！订阅就完事了！
【更新记录】
1.2：现在不止机器会被加速，以撒也会被加速，以免利用无敌献血获取更多回报
1.3：增加了对非p1玩家的支持；
现在计时器也会加速流动避免影响平衡。
1.4：增加了对乞丐的支持，增加了微弱的辅助吸附帮助玩家对齐机器的中央。
1.5：现在可以在配置文件里自定义想要生效的机器了。解决了速度过快时穿过机器或者与机器距离不正常的问题。
1.6：修复了一个高速度时撞向乞丐会瞬移的bug。
1.7：修复了显示30分钟后凹凸门依然开启的bug。
