make the changes optional I guess, atleast things like the spider removal and the bomb delaying

Removing flies and spiders would be a balance change and ruin some min max potential with things like gimpy/leech/charm of the vampire/etc. I'd recommend making it a toggleable option in the mod config menu if you do want to include them :) Thanks for the fixes though!

以撒碰乞丐开始赌博 -> 出现零点几秒的动画 -> 以撒再碰乞丐开奖
