That is what this specific mod does.

Some fix bugs, some add compatibility to other mods, others make gameplay tweaks.
In my opinion, they all enhance flavor.
When you have both mods running, this is applied twice, giving this policy twice the power. This mod removes that duplication, allowing you to run both mods.
