Description

This mod is moving whole skill lines from the base game and huge number of mods. Because of that - it is recommended to only new campaigns or to re-spec all characters before subscribing.


Addon organizes skills in required mod, making it compatible with many other mods. Additionally it expands the skills from required mod to new characters from new supported mods. If necessary - it contains a patch that allow the required mod to work.

This Addon is compatible with SFO: Grimhammer III thanks to compatibility in Expanded Skill Trees Overhaul, that is organizing skills in both mods. However this Addon does not provide rebalancing to the skills from Maffers' Expanded Hero Skill Trees with SFO and for that I recommend adding a submod that will work together with my Overhaul and this Addon, providing additional compatibility with other skills & characters mods and all melee lines.

With all 3 mods Kislev maidens and Katarina are broken. Katarina starts with a blank mount (with snow lepoard symbol) and maidens have a horse, but after that they lose bear and have two blank mounts snow leopard (same as Katarin) and Katrin's sled. Katrin bug seems to be harmless, but maidens have beginning (after horse) of their top row overriden. They loose summon, and bear mount.

I'm not sure which specific mod adds "Blazing Priest" skill to the Ogre Firebelly hero, but I'm posting here because I'm guessing you, ChopChop, will have the best idea. I'm not sure if you intended this but only rank 1 has the special skill "Ember Dread". If you put 2 or 3 points in research increases but you lose the skill. There are some other goofy (no title/description for some skills, no apparent difference between levels 1, 2 and 3) with the Ogres. If you're interested I can do some QA, otherwise I really appreciate the mod and would love to see it expanded to interact with other mods (OVN lost factions, We'z spechul) <3

Can I use the hero skill trees compilation + this mod, but without the Expanded Skill Trees Overhaul mod? The reason is that the latter mod messes with some overhaul mods I use for lords, but I am only looking for hero skills which is why I am asking.

ive looked at description of the mod and it seems that there might be too many incompatibilities friend, but it depends on how the author of the mod coded the skills. if he replaced the `character_skill_keys` with custom skills and kept the vanilla `character_skill_NODE_keys` - i wont make it compatible with my Expanded Skill Trees Overhaul. However if the man disabled vanilla skills and created his own - it might be viable to compat with my mods, but i really doubt it. im also quite busy now irl and not looking to expand submods right now, more focused on my own mods :steamthumbsup:

You've already fixed one issue today so this is something for far in the future, but could you take a look at Green iz Best if you have any free time? I'm selfish and want to use both this skill compilation and the previously mentioned one. Maybe I'll see if I can dig into the DBs again. Thanks for all your amazing work!
